Role: Digital Media Planner → Marketing Manager
Focus: Connecting Marketing to Sales through Closed-Loop Lead Feedback
Location: Lima, Peru (holding group of 5 B2B certification and compliance service companies)
ISOS Peru – ISO 9001 (Quality Management) certification support
ICO Cert – Accredited certifying body for ISO 27001 (Information Security)
ISOS Work – Occupational risk-prevention regulation and compliance for the construction sector, helping companies avoid regulatory fines
An internationally accredited certifying body (India-based partner) – International-level certification services
ISOS Teach – Training and capacity-building for the consultants who support client companies through the certification process
Each brand targeted a distinct B2B audience with different regulatory pain points, which meant marketing could not run as a single, undifferentiated strategy — it required five parallel content and acquisition strategies under one operating rhythm.
When I joined, the five brands had no unified digital acquisition engine and no clear connective tissue between marketing activity and sales follow-up. The core challenges were:
Fragmented audiences — five brands, five different buyer personas, each requiring tailored messaging and targeting.
Undefined service lifecycle — the customer journey from awareness to certification renewal wasn't mapped, making it hard to know when and how to re-engage leads.
Marketing-sales disconnect — leads generated from paid campaigns weren't systematically looped back with sales call outcomes, so campaign strategy wasn't learning from real conversion data.
Scaling content production — as responsibilities grew, content and design output needed to scale across five brands without losing brand-specific relevance.
Connecting Marketing to Sales through Closed-Loop Lead Feedback The most critical shift I drove was building a feedback loop between marketing and sales. After each social media campaign generated leads, I worked directly with the sales team's post-call feedback to understand which messaging, audiences, and channels produced leads that actually progressed — not just leads that were technically "qualified" on paper. This feedback loop was then used to refine targeting and messaging for the next campaign cycle, turning sales conversations into a continuous input for campaign optimization.
Mapping and Clarifying the Service Lifecycle The certification and compliance services offered by each brand didn't have a clearly defined customer lifecycle. I restructured the acquisition path by niche — recognizing that a construction company facing ISOS Work compliance deadlines has a fundamentally different urgency and decision cycle than a company pursuing ISO 27001 through ICO Cert. This let me tailor campaign timing, messaging, and follow-up cadence to match each niche's real buying behavior instead of applying one generic funnel across all five brands.
Channel-Specific Optimization Rather than treating Google and Meta as interchangeable channels, I leaned into what each platform did best:
Google Ads performed strongly for high-intent, recommendation-driven traffic — capturing companies already searching for certification solutions
Meta Ads was optimized for click-through and cost-per-click efficiency, improving CTR over time through iterative audience and creative testing
